Pink Palms Hand-Embroidered Cushion Cover
Pink Palms Hand-Embroidered Cushion Cover
Oshana's pink embroidered cushion is inspired by the brands name with means palm tree in Aramaic, the language that modern Arabic and Hebrew are descended from. In traditional Arabic cross-stitch embroidery, the palm tree motif is often used as the symbol of life itself. Featuring a three geometric design, the pink and yellow cushion covers are hand-stitched by Syrian refugee women living in Lebanon, many of whom learnt the craft from their mothers and grandmothers. Style alone on an arm chair, or mix and match with other designs for larger seating areas.
