Tessa Rudnick’s ceramics incorporate the design of everyday objects, such as ornaments, pots and plates. Growing up in Zimbabwe, Tessa’s African heritage is strongly reflected in her pottery. Tessa currently lives and creates work from her home studio in Israel. Her work exudes a natural freshness and instinctive quality, using a combination of vibrant colours and off-kilter geometries with spontaneous influences drawn from African, British (where she lived and worked from 1978-2019) and Israeli culture.
